What’s the deal with the dry-aged steaks?

We don’t take shortcuts. We select the best cuts and let them sit in our own aging room for at least 30 day. It’s a patient process where we control the air and the clock to let the flavor develop and the meat get incredibly tender. If it’s on our menu, it’s because it’s reached that sweet spot of perfection. It’s steak as it’s meant to be.

Where do you get your ingredients?

If it isn’t fresh, it isn’t in our kitchen. We’re at the local markets in Larnaca every day, hand-picking the best of what’s in season. From the herbs to the veg, it’s all about that “Market-to-Table” freshness. We pair that local soul with the world’s best beef to make sure every plate lives up to the Red Pepper name.

What if I don’t want steak?

Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. While we love our beef, our Mediterranean roots mean we do fresh fish and seasonal greens just as well. If you have an allergy or a specific diet, just let us know. The kitchen is here to make sure you have a great meal, no matter what you’re after.

Is there a dress code?

We like to call it Smart Casual. Think of it as looking good enough for a great night out without feeling stiff. We’ve put a lot of heart into the atmosphere here, and we want you to feel right at home in it.

Do I need to book for Sunday Lunch?

Sunday Lunch is a big deal for us and it fills up fast. To make sure we have a spot for you and the family, it’s always best to book ahead. We’d hate for you to miss out on the best roast in town because we ran out of space.

Can I bring the kids?

Of course. We’re a family-run spot at heart and we love seeing families eating together. The evenings are a bit more “grown-up” in terms of vibe, but we’ll always make the younger ones feel welcome and well-fed.
